Jude Alderson was a trapeze artist and then worked with the Grotowski based company Kiss International. She was then a member of one of Steven Berkoff’s first companies for three years, playing in Vienna and London’s Roundhouse

Hot on the heels came the Sadista Sisters, an iconic music theatre band that played a season at Ronnie Scott’s followed by a show in the West End and toured Internationally within a year of being formed. Work as an actress at the Royal Court with Richard Eyre followed.

From this diversity of training and work Jude has developed her own distinctive teaching method.

She has been an exponent of a radical style of theatre, which combines dynamic movement with text & song. It’s an exciting way to get under the skin of the acting process!

She is an award winning writer/ director with 35 years professional experience in theatre and film working with the greats: Gary Oldman, Meryl Streep, Karel Reisz, Alex Cox, Barbara Hershey, Stephen Frears, Allesandro Jodorosky etc.
